We follow the law, not the loopholes. Some contractors try to “waive” your deductible—it’s illegal in many states and could void your claim. We don’t do that.

How the Process Works
Here's What Happens After Roof Inspection
Roof Damage: Warning Signs You Shouldn’t Ignore

Missing or Blown-Off Shingles - Wind can tear shingles away, exposing the roof to water, wood rot, and interior damage.
Creased or Lifted Shingles (Zippering) – Shingles bent by wind may crack or lose their seal—leaving the roof vulnerable to leaks.
Granule Loss in Gutters
– Granule loss exposes shingles to UV rays
and speeds up roof failure.

Dark Spots or Stains – Discoloration or a shiny look shows missing granules, exposing fiberglass. The roof can’t properly shed water, leading to leaks.
Dented Metal – Often the first and easiest signs to spot. Even small dents in metal show your roof took a hit—and your shingles might have too.
Aging Flashing and Seals –Cracks and brittle rubber create hidden gaps around vents, chimneys, and edges—leading to leaks and costly damage before you notice a thing.
If You Can See It, It’s Already Bad – By the time you see a stain, the damage above it has been happening for weeks—or months.
